Eligibility
– Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
– Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
– Certain items (personalized goods, perishables) are not eligible

How to start a return

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
